It's as easy as 1-2-3 to activate . . .

Step 1: 

Check your phone

Follow this simple process to see if your phone will work on the Solavei mobile network.

•   Get your IMEI number

•      Type *#06# into your phone to get your phone IMEI – just as if you were making a phone call

•      If no number appears – your phone is not compatible

•    Enter your IMEI into the Prequalify Your Phone tool. (During the Solavei Mobile Service enrollment process)

•    Response will let you know if your phone is compatible with the Solavei service.

Step 2: 

Complete Sign-up Process

•    Solavei Mobile service provides 4G Nationwide Unlimited Voice, Text and Data for $49 a month.  For details of the mobile service plan see <<link to mobile service overview>>

•    Purchase your Solavei SIM Card for $29 and pay your one-time Membership Enrollment Fee of $49.

Step 3:

Receive your SIM Card

We'll send you the appropriate ready-to-use SIM card for your device in the mail. Then follow the easy steps provided in the sign-up confirmation email.

Approved Phones

Approved unlocked GSM phones will fully enjoy the benefits of Solavei’s products and services.  With an approved phone you will get voice, text, and data at 3G/4G speeds (depending on phone and coverage) and can download the Solavei mobile application.

Functional Phones

Functional unlocked GSM phones do not provide our members with the exceptional experience we have designed. You should get voice, text, and data at up to 3G/4G speeds (depending on phone and network availability).  Functional Phones will not have access to the Solavei mobile application, and members will need to access the Solavei Community by website using a browser.

The following are examples of ‘Functional’ phones:

·      Samsung Behold II

·      T-Mobile Sidekick

·      Samsung Gravity II

·      Sony Ericsson Equinox

Usable Phones

Usable unlocked GSM phones do not provide our members with the exceptional experience we strive for. You should get voice, text, and data at slower (2G/EDGE) speeds (depending on phone and network availability).  Usable Phones will not have access to the Solavei mobile application and members will need to access the Solavei Community by website using a browser.

The following are examples of ‘Functional’ phones:

·      iPhone (GSM only)

·      HTC One X

·      Samsung Captivate

·      Sony Ericsson Xperia

·      Samsung Galaxy

·      Motorola Atrix

·      HTC HD2

·      HD7

Not Supported

These phones and tablets will not work with Solavei Mobile Service and cannot be used on our network.

Examples of ‘Not Supported’ Phones:

·      CDMA and iDEN phones from carriers like Verizon, Sprint or boost

·      Blackberries

·      Tablets, iPads
